Are you ready to learn how to lose weight successfully with Herbalife Nutrition? With these simple tools I am going to share with you, I am sure, will help you achieve your weight loss goal.

SET GOALS
Set achievable goals in a reasonable amount of time! No, you can not lose 20 kg in a week! It is just not healthy but also not possible! Set a goal that you can actually achieve in a timeframe.

Let's say set a goal of losing 20 kg weight in 12 months. Now break it down into smaller, more daring targets. To lose 20 kg in 12 months you need to lose 1.7 kg in a month or even if you want to break it down further, it is 0.25 kg per week. Isn't this sound a lot less scary now? Set your big goal and then set smaller goals.

So it means that you need to focus on the nutrition intake and what you are eating. Once you start implementing a good nutrition plan, you can begin to introduce an active lifestyle. Start small and work your way up to the active lifestyle of your choice. Don't try to run 5km when you have not run since high school.

You do not have to join a gym. Simple and easy exercise is a great way to get your 20% active lifestyle. You may participate in our morning workout session virtually via zoom, which we organize for those who cannot attend in person. Or you can get started yourself with the Herbalife's 7 Minute Workout by Samantha Clayton and repeat it 3 times in a row for 7x3 = 21 minutes. Make it your daily routine.

PLAN OF ACTION
The recipe for success when wanting to lose weight is to have a plan of action. Shakes are extremely easy for busy moms and working professionals even on a tight scheduled and are always easy to drink on the go! We've made it easy to achieve the goal of losing weight at home, just follow 2 shakes, tea, 2 nutritious snacks, a colorful meal and regular hydration.

2 Shakes Options

Option 1: Substitute your breakfast and dinner with a Formula 1 Nutritional Shake

1.   Healthy Breakfast
Breakfast is a very important meal because it kick-starts your metabolism and provides energy for you to use throughout your day.

For breakfast, enjoy a Formula 1 Nutritional shake made with nonfat milk and Personalized Protein Powder, and Afresh tea according to your needs.
  • Step 1 - Energy: 200ml warm water + 1 scoop Afresh Energy Drink Mix. (Not recommended for children and pregnant women).

  • Step 2 - Workout: Exercise for at least 20 minutes to achieve your 20% active lifestyle.

  • Step 3 - Nutritional Shake: 300ml skimmed milk/water + 3 scoops Formula 1 + 1 scoop Personalized Protein Powder.

  • Step 4 (Optional): Repeat Step 1 for the substitute of tea / coffee after one hour of shake intake. (Not recommended for children and pregnant women).

2.   Nutritious Snack-1 
Small amount of fruits, vegetables and protein, such as nuts, yogurt or low-fat cheese during mid-morning, can help you avoid overeating at lunch time.

3.   Lunch
  • Colorful Meal: Enjoy your favorite foods, but cut down your normal portion into half, eat less carbohydrate, more protein and fibers.

    ** Can switch with a Shake if your dinner is a Colorful Meal. 

  • Tea (Optional): After eating your favorite foods, add 1 scoop of Afresh Mix to 200 ml hot water and drink it as a tea or coffee substitute. (Not recommended for children and pregnant women).

4.   Nutritious Snack-2 
  • Step 1 - Snack: A small amount of fruits, vegetables and protein, such as nuts, yogurt, or whatever you like in the middle of the afternoon, help you avoid overeating at dinner.

  • Step 2 - Tea: 1 scoop Afresh Mix with 200 ml hot water and drink it as a tea / coffee substitute. (Not recommended for children and pregnant women).

5.   Dinner
For dinner, enjoy a Formula 1 Nutritional shake (3 scoops) made with 250 ml normal water.

** Can switch with a Normal colorful meal if your lunch is a Shake.

6.   Regular Hydration
Make sure you have a regular intake of fluids to stay properly hydrated. Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of plain water on a daily basis.

Be Kind to Yourself
Since you didn't gain all that weight overnight, you can't lose them overnight! If you fail one day, eat fast-food, have greasy meal, or don't exercise then don't give up - be kind to yourself.
